Versus Harish Devidas Badgujar And Ors. O R D E R 1. This matter is not on board, however, at the request of the parties taken on board. 2. This appeal is placed before us in today’s National Lok Adalat. Mr. M. R. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present on authority. Mr. G. J. Gujarathi learned counsel for respondents is present with respondent – Harish Devidas Badgujar/original claimant. 3. The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article ‘X’ for the purpose of identification. 4. The appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms (‘X’). 5. As per the terms of compromise, the Insurance Company has deposited an amount of Rs. 38,16,175/- in this Court, out of which the parties have agreed that an amount of Rs. 33,00,000/- be paid to the komal kamble Page|1 2025:BHC-AUG:25775 fa 920-2025 original claimants and the same shall be transferred to the M.A.C.T., Dhule. 6. The learned advocates for both the parties submit that an amount of Rs. 33,00,000/- out of the amount deposited in Court be transferred to the M.A.C.T., Dhule for the payment as per the order passed by M.A.C.T., Dhule and rest of the amount with interest, if any, be refunded to the appellant/Insurance Company. 7. The Chairman/Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule be informed, accordingly. 8. The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 9.
