By way of the captioned petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha, 2023, the petitioner assails orders dated 02.07.2024 and 09.05.2025 passed by the Trial Court, by which bail bonds furnished by respondent Nos. 2 to 5 were accepted, in connection with FIR No. 427/2023, dated 17.12.2023, registered at Police Station Rajinder Nagar, District Central, Delhi, under Sections 498A/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the captioned petition. 3.
