JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA O R D E R % 30.03.2026 1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 320/2024 of PS Special Cell for offence under Section 22/29 of NDPS Act. 2. At the outset, learned APP submits that the documents in terms with order dated 13.02.2026 have not been filed by the accused/applicant till date. In response, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court along with the said documents. Basically, those documents according to the accused/applicant would show that the allegedly recovered drugs were being lawfully sold by the accused/applicant in the market. The accused/applicant may place before the trial court any other document also, as requested by learned counsel. 3.
