This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the order dated 05.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.63 of 2016 in F.C.M.C.No.06 of 2016 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Kurnool. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order dated 05.10.2016 passed in F.C.M.C.No.06 of 2016 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Kurnool. The said petition is filed by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein under section 125 of Cr.P.C. seeking to grant interim maintenance of Rs.30,000/- to the petitioner No.1/R.2 herein and Rs.15,000/- to the petitioner No.2/R.3 herein. By impugned order dated 05.10.2016, the learned Judge, Family Court, Kunool partly allowed interim maintenance. Against the said orders, the petitioner/respondent preferred the present revision. 3 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner/Respondent as well as Respondent Nos.2 and 3. However, a copy of the status obtained from the e-Courts website, which reflects that the F.C.M.C.No.06 of 2016 was settled before Lok Adalat on 09.09.2017. 5. In view of the settlement of the dispute before Lok Adalat in F.C.M.C.No.06 of 2016 on 09.09.2017 as the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
