By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to pay the amount of gratuity and salary of suspension period w.e.f. 05.10.2023 to 24.04.2024 with 18 % interest to the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitoner submits that in the above regard petitioner had already approached the competent authority by filing representation dated 20.08.2024 which has remained pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event fresh representation is filed by the petitioner with the same relief which may be directed to be decided in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding his claim before competent respondent authority within a period of four weeks, the same shall be looked into and considered and also disposed of as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of one month by means of reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to all the appearing parties.
