The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner and co-accused Ramesh Gupta assaulted with axe and Farsa on the head of husband of the informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49726 of 2025(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail- bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. - XII, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S.
