ORAL ORDER
Learned High Court Government Pleader has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail by the learned Sessions Judge. The only subsisting grievance of the petitioner pertains to certain conditions imposed in the bail order with regard to the furnishing of sureties.
2. This Court is of the view that the imposition of such conditions, being within the discretion of the Sessions Court while granting bail, cannot, by itself, constitute a valid ground for invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this

Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
3. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for
consideration in the present petition. Accordingly, the petition stands rendered infructuous and is dismissed.
