Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Chhattarpur (Mahila) P.S. The petitioner, on the pretext of marriage is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is aged about 23 years. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship since last four years. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri.
