Kalita is present on behalf of the appellant/applicant, the insurance company, and has prayed for condonation of delay ex-parte, stating that there are reasonable grounds for condonation of delay. It is submitted that the certified copy of the Judgment and Order dated 27.08.2024, in connection with MAC Case No. 260/2013, was obtained by the Page No.# 3/3 engaged counsel on 19.09.2024 but the Regional Office received the copies after a delay which resulted in the final delay of seven days in filing the appeal. It is submitted that the delay was not intentional. As the formalities had to be undertaken, the delay was inevitable and unavoidable. I have considered the submissions at the Bar with circumspection. It appears that sufficient grounds have been projected by the learned counsel for the appellant/applicant. Thereby, delay of seven days is hereby condoned. Registry to register the connected appeal. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
