Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 contends that the advertisement in question has been withdrawn by the Parishad vide public notice dated 02.09.2025. 3. In view thereof, the petition has been rendered infructuous and stands disposed of as such with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the withdrawal of advertisement, if so advised.
