In the present case, the petitioner challenges an order dated June 9, 2023 passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3. In our view, the present writ petition has been filed belatedly and also the petitioner has not availed alternative remedy available to him of filing a securitisation application under Section 17 of the aforesaid Act. 4. In light of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law for redressal of his grievance.
