The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kenduadih P.S. Case No.121 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B) (a), 26, 29, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Miss Nitasha Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanbad. On 06.12.2024, Kenduadih police apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons near Bhuli Fatak, Dhanbad and on search, two pistols were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the offence alleged is triable by Court of Judicial Magistrate. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Nitasha Barla, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanbad or her successor, in connection with Kenduadih P.S.
