GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.28688 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Junior Analyst from the cadre of Pharmacist Grade-II, and for appointment to the post of Junior Analyst from the said cadre, pursuant to the notification issued by respondent No.2 vide Rc.No.2965/Estt./2023, dated 06.08.2025. 2. The petitioner was appointed as a Pharmacist Grade-II in the year 1999. There are vacancies in the post of Junior Analyst, for which the petitioner submitted a representation seeking consideration of her case for appointment as Junior Analyst. It is stated that vide letter Rc.No.520/E4.B/2019-24, dated 18.06.2024, respondent No.3 addressed a communication to respondent No.2 stating that respondent No.3 has no objection to the petitioner’s appointment by transfer from Pharmacist Grade-II to Junior Analyst under the 20% in-service quota. 3. Though the petitioner submitted her application pursuant to the notification issued by respondent No.2, no further action has been taken thereon. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submits that an appropriate decision will be taken pursuant to the notification issued by respondent No.2 on 06.08.2025. 4 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to examine the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
