JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The writ petition is of the year 2024, office objections are not complied with till 28.02.2025, and when the matter came up on 28.02.2025, two weeks time was granted to comply with the office objections. Then, again the matter came up on 22.07.2025, and on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Again the matter was listed on 23.07.2025, and a week's time was granted to comply with the office objections and also an order was passed, if the office objections are not complied with, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Then, again the matter came up on 23.08.2025 and Court directed the matter to be listed on 01.09.2025 and by the time necessary documents to be placed before the court or else writ petition stand dismissed. The matter came up on 01.09.2025, and on that day also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the Court directed the matter to be listed today - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36860 WP No. 20847 of 2024 i.e., on 16.09.2025 under the Caption for ”Dismissal”.
