Side) 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.14674 of 2025 O R D E R The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 409, and 420 of IPC and Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 and Section 21(3) of the Banning of Unregulaed Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (BUDS Act 2019) in Crime No.1 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.
