This writ petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 26.1.2025 registered in Case Crime No. 19 of 2025, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 IPC, P.S. Utraon, District Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj). Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that the Charge sheet No. 74/2025 has been forwarded on 02.05.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
