ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

order or direction, declaring the action of the 5^'^ respondents herein in calling me to the Police Station, threatening to arrest and pressuring the petitioner to give photographs enable to exhibiting in the Rowdy Sheeters Board in the Police Stations as illegal, void, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice, violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violation of the Andhra Pradesh Police Manual Standing Orders and consequently direct the Respondents herein not to resort to such highhanded and illegal action and pass....” \ \
2. Heard Sri P.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner in FIR.No.91 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 127(2) of BNSS, 115(2), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS of Yelamanchili P.S., West Godavari District. He would further submit that even after issuance of notice under Section 35(3) of BNS., the police are regularly calling the petitioner to the police station to harass the petitioner by making him sit for the whole day.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents ^ seeks time for getting instructions.
5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner.
