ORDER:
Sri Sarang Afzulpurkar, learned Standing Counsel appeared through online on behalf of the respondents 2 to 6 and submitted that the 2nd respondent has already laid the transmission line on the petitioner’s land. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not raised objection.
Since the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
