Heard Mr. P, Mallikarjuna Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that as there are no crimes pending against the Petitioners, the Police opened the Rowdy Sheets against the Petitioners. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that no cases are being pending against the Petitioners and Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed, the Rowdy Sheets opened against the Petitioners, if any, are hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
