This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "(i) Issue an order or direction; directing the learned Court to decide the case i.e. Case No. 244 of 2025 pending before learned Additional Chief Judge Family Court Room no.2, Kanpur Nagar (Smt. Mayuri Sharma Versus Amit Kumar Soni) under Section 13 Hindu Marriage Act, as early as possible or to send the dispute to mediation centre of this Hon'ble court." 2. Petitioner before this Court has filed a suit under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce from the respondent, which is pending consideration before Additional Chief Judge, Family Court Room No. 2, Kanpur Nagar. 3. Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act provides for time frame for disposal of matrimonial disputes and, as such, no separate directions are required by this Court. The Court below to comply the provisions of Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
