Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records of the case from the respondents for its kind consideration of the Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/directions commanding the respondent authorities to immediately release/disburse the balance amount within stipulated time along with appropriate interest for the two works carried out in Gram Panchayat Basin under the funds sanctioned from 14th Financial Year (Gram Panchayat Mission). 10.3 That, Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/order which may deem fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a better constituted petition. 3.
