Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the reply filed by the respondents stating therein that as and when the fresh policy is adopted by the Government, the petitioners are free to project their demand which shall be considered on its merits, hence, the petitioners do not want to pursue this petition and they may be given the liberty to approach the respondents to make a representation for opening of a fresh fair price shop at Village Rajdhani Baglian, Tehsil Thanamandi, District Rajour. 02. His statement is taken on record. Serial No. 18 2 OWP No. 1752/2017 03. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondents by way of a representation for opening/establishing a separate Government Sale Depot at Village Rajdhani Baglian for distribution of ration as per the policy and if such representation is made by the petitioners, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law. 04.
