The Court: The matter was mentioned for modification of the earlier order. It is submitted by Mr. Sinha that the matter has been settled as per the terms of settlement dated April 2, 2025. By orders dated January 6, 2025 and March 3, 2025 this Court had directed three bank accounts of the respondents, namely, Union Bank, Bank of India and ICICI Bank to be marked as ‘debit freeze’ thereby restraining the respondents from withdrawing any money from those bank accounts without keeping aside a sum of Rs.52,83,492/-. It is submitted by Mr. Sinha that the money has already been paid as per the terms of settlement and as such the interim order passed in AP COM 932 of 2024 should be vacated. 2 Accordingly, the order of injunction restraining the respondents from operating the bank accounts, is vacated upon recording final settlement of the issues as per the terms of settlement.
