The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 7.10.2017 passed by this Court in Writ - B No. 46654 of 2017. The applicants have annexed photographs of the plot to substantiate their claim that the order passed by this Court has been disobeyed by the opposite party. The contention of the counsel for the applicant is not acceptable. A perusal of the photographs annexed at page no. 32 shows that constructions already existed on the plot and the same have been renovated. In any case, the claim of the applicants in the present contempt application involves adjudication of disputed question of fact which cannot be decided on affidavit evidence. It is not a case to register proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The application is dismissed.
