ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 in calling the Petitioners to the Police Station, at the instance of the Respondents 3 to 5 herein as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and for a consequential direction to the Respondent No.2 herein not to call the Petitioners to the Police Station at the instance of the Respondents 3 to 5herein and to pass.…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the interim Order passed by this Court vide Order dated 03.02.2021, no further orders are required in this petition.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
