Heard Dr. Anil Kumar Tripathi, appellant appearing in person, and Mr. Sangarsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents/State. 2. The present intra-court appeal has been preferred against the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 2610 of 2021 (Dr. Anil Kumar Tripathi vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), as well as the subsequent order dated 14.07.2025 passed in REVP No. 157 of 2025, whereby both the writ petition and the review petition filed by the appellant/writ petitioner were dismissed. 3. At the very outset, the appellant, appearing in person, submits that in compliance with the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 2610 of 2021 & batch, which is impugned in the present appeal, the State Government has duly considered the issue relating to the regularization of his services. The said claim has been rejected vide order dated 13.10.2025. A copy of the said order, produced by the appellant in person, is taken on record. 4. In view of the above, since the order dated 18.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge has already been complied with and the State 3 Government has passed a speaking order on 13.10.2025, the appellant is at liberty to avail such remedies as may be available to him under law, if so advised. 5.
