By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order dated 17.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by Respondent no. 1 so far as it relates to transfer order of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a mandamus directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the present place of posting, in the interest of justice. iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Forest Ranger and has been transferred from the office of the Forest Division Raigarh, District-Raigarh, Chhattisgarh to Forest Division Sukma, District-Sukma, Chhattisgarh. He further submits that 3 he is challenging the transfer order, as such the transfer order is not in accordance with law and requires to be quashed. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has rightly been passed which is not required to be interfered with. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a representation raising all his grievances before the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law. 6. Till the decision of the said representation, the impugned transfer order dated 17.01.2025 is kept in abeyance. 7. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands disposed of.
