The petitioners are seeking a direction to respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Anekal Taluk, to consider the representation dated 20.06.2025 at Annexures-F and F1 given by the petitioners for entering their names in the land records pursuant to a judgment and decree passed by the learned - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30402 WP No. 22574 of 2025 Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Anekal in O.S.No.812/2009 dated 02.09.2013. 3. Although there is a huge delay on the part of the petitioners in filing this petition, nevertheless, that shall not preclude the Tahsildar from considering the representations given by the petitioners. The Tahsildar is duty bound to consider the representations given by the petitioners and either pass necessary orders mutating the name of the petitioners in the land records or issue an endorsement by stating the reasons for rejecting the application. 4.
