Shivam Gangwar, arising out of case crime no.230 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 323, 354, 376, 377, 504, 506 IPC and U/s 3/4 D.P. Act, pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge/F.T.C., Pilibhit to the competent court of jurisdiction at Bareilly. Concededly, applicant has herself filed a case at Pilibhit and the trial is yet to commence. The sole argument of learned counsel is that opposite party no.2 is an practicing advocate at Pilibhit, therefore, applicant- complainant apprehends that she may not get justice, is apparently misplaced, in the absence of any convincing material. Thus, no case is made out for transfer of the case. The application is dismissed.
