THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCIALIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Award dated 17.10.2013 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Mysuru in Ref. No190/2011 vide Annexure-E. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: 3 " 1. The basic pay of the respondent be reduced by 2(Two) stages with cumulative effect instead of 4 stages. 2. The arrears in respect of restored increments is to be paid to the respondent. 3. The period of suspension is treated as not on duty." Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award dated 17.10.2013 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Mysuru in Ref. No190/2011 vide Annexure-E, and directing the petitioner to settle the respondent's entitlement as agreed as expeditiously as possible but within an outer limit of four[4] months from today.
