The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representations dated 07.10.2024, 16.12.2024, 20.12.2024 and 21.12.2024 moved by the petitioner alongwith other Gram Pradhan. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that considerable time has already been laped but till date no decision has been taken on the same. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the authority concerned will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the authority concerned to take a decision on the aforesaid representation most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
