The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs :- “10.1) That the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue the writ of appropriate nature to quash the impugned NIT No 177201 Dated 07.10.2025 (ANNEXURE P-1) being illegal in the interest of justice. 10.2) Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.3) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the appeal of the petitioner has been dismissed today itself and regarding this, he has received an information from his client today, hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the same by filing a fresh petition, if cause of action arises. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 3 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
