1. This is an ofÏce reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 26.11.2024 passed in MCRC No. 8195 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Nigam Kumar Jayaswal had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. Earlier on two occasions also this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 26.11.2024.

2 (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 13.10.2025 has requested for grant of two month’s additional time for concluding the trial.
5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the case is presently at the stage of the statement of the accused. Due to the ill health of the accused and his consequent absence, the matter was fixed for 13.10.2025 and thereafter for 24.10.2025. The prosecution evidence was concluded after the examination of witnesses up to 25.09.2025. Necessary directions have been issued to the counsel for ensuring the presence of the accused. Considering the possible requirement of the defence side to adduce evidence, it is anticipated that the disposal of the case is likely to be completed within a period of two months. Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed before this Court that a further period of two months may kindly be granted for the proper disposal of the case.
6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
8. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha)
