The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :- “The petitioners therefore most humbly and respectfully prays that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR, charge-sheet in Crime No. 0009/2022 registered in Police Station Kusmunda, District Korba (C.G.) under Section 498-A, 34 of IPC and Section 3 & 5 of Tonhi Pratadna Adhiniyam and subsequent criminal case no. 691/2022 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Katghora, District Korba (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present CRMP has become infructuous as the trial has been ended up in acquittal and the petitioner has been acquitted. 4.
