The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rania P.S. Case No.60 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.75 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 385, 387, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. On 27.10.2023, the petitioner had demanded randari from the informant. It was submitted that no money was transferred to the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody for about 15 months. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Vidyawati Kumari, learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti or her successor, in connection with Rania P.S. Case No.60 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.75 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
