The petitioner had filed the present petition with the following prayers : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to declare the Notification dated 23.12.2024 notifying amendment in Chhattisgarh Panchayat Election rules 1993 as ultra virus and without legal authority. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the Notification dated 23.12.2024 and 06.12.2024 issued by the collector Dhamtari applying the amended election rules 1995. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased todirect the respondents not to act upon the ordinance dated 03.12.2024, till the same is validly passed by the state legislative assembly as required by the article 213 of the constitution of India. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased todirect the respondents to apply section129(E) clause (3) of Chhattisgarh Panchayat adhinyam 1993in the upcoming Panchayat Elections. As earlier, as the same is special provision for schedule 10. 10.5 Any other relief or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit may also is granted to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has become infructuous. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the 3 petitioner at bar, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.
