THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 26897 OF 2021 The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue any writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No. 3 and 4 not to call the Petitioner to the Ongole Rural and Chimakurthi Police Stations and not to put troubles to the Petitioner and not to file false cases against the Petitioner and his family members and pass…”
2. Heard Sri Narra Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that basing on the complaint from unofficial respondent(s) through Spandana, they have called the petitioner to the police station for enquiry, but no crime has been registered against the petitioner. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
