They have also filed an application before the Tahsildar, Raigarh for separation of holdings in compliance of the order dated 28.08.2025 and the Tahsildar, Raigarh has also passed an order on 30.09.2025 with respect to partition of holdings of the parties, and therefore, the parties do not want to prosecute the present second appeal and it may be disposed of. 2. On due consideration upon the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present second appeal is disposed of, as per their terms of compromise and the partition of holdings of their respective shares.
