This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the Respondents to perform their duties and update the Register of Trade Marks to reflect the name of Petitioner No. 2 as the registered user for trademark Nos. 4121853, 3767901, 4252802 and 5100061 and notify Petitioner No. 2 as the registered user of RollsKing trademarks. 2. Learned CGSC for the Respondents submits that the new software required for registration of registered users has been developed and process of registration has been initiated. Ltd. and in this backdrop, Petitioners have been asked to file a written request/clarification before proceeding further. Copy of order dated 23.07.2026 is handed over and taken on record. 3. In light of the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition and the same is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and Registrar of Trade Marks shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law. 4.
