This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11571 of 2024. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11571 of 2024 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the respondents have paid only approved bill amount but not the interest amount as claimed by the petitioner. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim with regard to interest, if any, before appropriate forum.
