This Court is of the view that it may be inappropriate for this Court to pass such orders in a contempt proceeding. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in that regard. 4. With the aforesaid observations, CC/101/2024 stands disposed of. Rule, if any, stands discharged. 5.
