HIGH COURT OF UTTARAKHAND AT NAINITAL Writ Petition No. 598 of 2023 (S/S) Mohd. Mohsin ….....Petitioner Versus State of Uttarakhand and others .….Respondents Present:- Mr. S.S. Yadav, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Narain Dutt, Standing Counsel for the State. Judgment Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) The challenge in this petition is made to the suspension order dated 23.03.2023, and order by which the petitioner was attached to some other place. The petitioner has also sought other ancillary reliefs. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. When the matter was taken up on 15.05.2025, the Court wanted to know from the learned counsel for the State as to what happened to the inquiry that was contemplated when the petitioner was placed under suspension? 4. Today, learned State Counsel, under instructions, submits that, in fact, the suspension order of the petitioner has already been revoked on 29.08.2023 after the interim order was passed by this Court on 17.08.2023, and his attachment has been cancelled and he has been deployed on duty on pay. Learned State Counsel placed for perusal of the Court the communication dated 2 29.08.2023 of the District Education Officer, Haridwar. Let it be taken on record. 5. Since the suspension of the petitioner has already been revoked and his attachment has already been removed and he has been reinstated with pay, nothing survives in this writ petition. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. (Ravindra Maithani, J) 10.07.2025 Avneet/
