Also heard Mr. E Ahmed, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/informant of the case. 2. Apprehending their arrest, petitioners, namely, (i) Khairun Nessa @ Khairun Nahar, wife of Motiur Rahman and (ii) Motiur Rahman, son of Amsor Ali, both residents of village-Jaramari, P.S.-Dhing, District-Nagaon, have filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, seeking pre-arrest bail in Dhing Police Station Case No. 227/2024 registered under Sections 61(1)/118(2)/103/ 3(5) of the BNS read with Section 25(1-A) of the Arms Act, corresponding to G.R. No. 3371/2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B D Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction, has submitted that after completion of the investigation of the case police has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Dhing P.S. Case No. 227/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 29/2025 dated 20.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioners may approach the appropriate forum, for their regular bail in said Dhing P.S. Case No. 227/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 3371/2024, noted above. 5. Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
