On the objection being made by learned State counsel that the petitioner is having efficacious alternate remedy of revision under Section 90 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, this writ petition is not maintainable, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of objection raised by learned State counsel, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition to avail other remedy available to him under the law.
