It is the contention of the petitioner that he has filed an application in Form No.57 on 05.01.2019 seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation of 02 acres 30 guntas of land in Sy.No.77 of Kasagaru Village, Mandagadde Hobli, Thirthahalli Taluk, Shivamogga District and the same is yet to be considered. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Thirthahalli Taluk, to verify from the records as to whether such an application filed by the petitioner on 05.01.2019 is pending consideration. If it is found that such an application was indeed filed by the petitioner and the application is yet to be considered, the Tahsildar is directed to place before respondent No.2 - Committee, the application along with his recommendation within a period of four weeks from the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39027 WP No. 25664 of 2025 date of receipt of a copy of this order.
