(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 54 dated 11.07.2025, under Sections 316(2) and 85 of the BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Women, Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. Vide order dated 09.02.2026, this Court, while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to join the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and hi longer required. However, learned counsel for the complainant submits that certain recoveries are still yet to be made.
