By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the Office of Deputy Director Agriculture, Raigarh for registration of land of the petitioner by uploading the Khasra number of the AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2025.01.29 17:51:12 +0530 2 land of the petitioner in the NIC Kisan Portal for purchase of paddy. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the application filed by the petitioner, the Tahsildar vide its communication dated 19/12/2024 intimated the Deputy Director Agriculture, Raigarh stating that the land of the petitioner bearing khasra No.26 area about 10.979 hectare is owned by one Parmanand Jaiswal S/o Late Jagdish Prasad Jaiswal, who is Sarvarakar of the temple and the Tahsildar has requested the Deputy Director Agriculture, Raigarh for registration of the petitioner’s land in the online portal, however, till date, the Deputy Director Agriculture, Raigarh has not considered the same and the petitioner’s land has not been uploaded in the NIC Kisan Portal without assigning any reason. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent would submit that the Tahsildar has opined for registration of petitioner’s land in the NIC Kisan Portal as the land in question bearing Kahsra No.26 area about 10.979 hectare is owned by the Sarvarakar of the petitioner’s temple, hence, necessary steps will be taken for registration of the petitioner’s land by operating the same in the NIC Kisan Portal. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties. 3 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Director Agriculture, Raigarh to take immediate steps for registration of the petitioner’s land bearing Khasra No.26 area about 10.979 hectare situated at village Bargarh, Tahsil-Kharsiya, District: Raigarh, C.G. by uploading the Khasra number of the land of the petitioner in the NIC Kisan Portal. 6.
