PRAKASH C The Court made the following Order: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “… a Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents not conducting investigation in proper perspective and effective manner and not filed charge sheet in Crime No.188/2021 on the file of Ramakuppam Police Station Chittoor District as illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to complete the investigation in a fair and proper manner and file charge sheet against the 5th respondent and pass”. 2. Heard Sri Kale Vijaya Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no progress in the investigation in Crime No.188 of 2021 on the file of the Ramakuppam Police Station, Chittoor District. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that investigation is completed in the said crime and the case is referred as ‘false’ and final report is also filed before the learned I Additional District Judge-cum- Special Court for SCs and STS (PoA) Act, Chittoor. 3 5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
