The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the respondent no.3. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to conduct the spot inspection in pursuance to the request letter dated 29.04.2025 of the petitioner. C. And/or to pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice. D. Award cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not inclined to press relief 'A' and confine his prayer only to relief 'B'. 4. Be that as it may, if the petitioner wants spot inspection of the college by the respondent/authority, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the respondent/authority for spot inspection of the College under the rules, and therefore, this Court cannot grant the relief 'B' as prayed for by the petitioner at this stage. 5.
