Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Prayer for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 1011 of 2021, under Sections 420, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Karchhana, District Allahabad has been made. 3. Referring to the order sheet, learned counsel submits that summoning order was passed in the year 2022 whereafter on various occasions bailable warrants have been issued, however, proceedings are being delayed causing irreparable loss to the applicant. 4. Considering the order sheet of the proceedings, prayer for expeditious disposal appears to be justified. 5. Accordingly, the application is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date a certified/ true attested copy of the order is filed before it.
